This is an 8 session mindfulness course that follows on from an 8 week MBSR course, revisiting the themes and attitudes of mindfulness, enabling and allowing the participant to deepen and embed their mindfulness practice further in their day to day life.
The dates for the eight sessions are 7-8.15pm:-
16th September to 11th November with a break on 28th October for half term.and will take place online via Zoom.
